Pumpkin Spice Cake with
Brown Sugar Frosting
What you need:

pkg. (2-layer size) spice cake mix

cup water
1
cup canned pumpkin
1/3
cup oil

eggs
3/4
cup chopped walnuts

pkg. (8 oz.) Neufchatel Cheese,
softened
1/3
cup packed dark brown sugar
1
cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE
Whipped Topping
Make it:
HEAT oven to 350ºF.
BEAT first 5 ingredients in large
bowl with mixer 2 min. or until
well blended. Stir in nuts. Pour in-
to 13x9-inch pan sprayed with
cooking spray.
BAKE 30 to 32 min. or until
toothpick inserted in center comes
out clean. Cool completely.
BEAT Neufchatel and sugar in
small bowl with mixer until well
blended. Add COOL WHIP; mix
well. Spread over cake.
Chocolate-Caramel Cookie Bars
What you need:

square shortbread cookies

pkg. (11 oz.) KRAFT Caramel
Bits

Tbsp. milk
3
oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Choc-
olate

oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate
Make it:
LINE 13x9-inch pan with foil, with
ends of foil extending over sides;
spray with cooking spray. Arrange
cookies in single layer on bottom
of prepared pan.
MICROWAVE caramel bits and
milk in microwaveable bowl on
HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min. or until bits
are completely melted and mixture
is well blended, stirring after each
minute. Pour over cookies; spread
to completely cover cookies.
MICROWAVE chocolates in mi-
crowaveable bowl 2 min. or until
almost melted, stirring every 30
sec.; stir until chocolates are com-
pletely melted. Pour over caramel
layer; spread to completely cover
caramel layer.
Easy Apple Crumble Pie
What you need:

HONEY MAID Graham Pie
Crust (6 oz.)
1
egg white, lightly beaten
1
can (21 oz.) apple pie filling
1/2
cup flour
1/4
cup granulated sugar
1-1/2
tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4
cup (1/2 stick) cold butter or
margarine
3/4
cup PLANTERS Chopped
Pecans

Tbsp. powdered sugar
Make it:
PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Brush
pie crust lightly with some of the
egg white. Bake 5 minutes; cool.
SPOON pie filling into crust. Mix
flour, granulated sugar and cinna-
mon in medium bowl. Cut in but-
ter until mixture resembles coarse
crumbs; stir in pecans. Sprinkle
over pie filling.
BAKE 25 to 30 minutes or until
topping is golden brown. Cool
slightly on wire rack. Sprinkle with
powdered sugar.
