Cross Point Event: Journey to Bethlehem
In spite of polar temperatures, the Cross Point group took an early December Journey to Bethlehem. The event
was held in Walnut Creek, Holmes County, Ohio. Visits to Walnut Creek shops and then The Farm, gave the
group a taste of scenes from the nativity story. The inn with no room, a choir of angels, shepherds in the field,
the camp of King Herod, the camp of the Three Wise Men, and finally the barn filled with angels and animals
told the story of Jesus’ birth. Those attending the event were Joseph Brown, Lovina Kuhns, Bennie Hostetler,
Marvin Schlabach, Barbara Gingerich, Eric Beers, Wayne and Chris Vallowe, and Arlen and Dee Yoder. After
the wagon tour, the group was glad to warm up and have a bite to eat at East of Chicago Pizza in Berlin, Oh.
What a great way to celebrate the birth of the Savior!

2013 will be a memory. My prayer for
