INDIANA CO., PA — State police reported an underage DUI incident involving five Amish men last month in Indiana County.
The four passengers, 20-year-old Andrew D. Coblentz, 18-year-old William W. Byler, 20-year-old Raymond E. Kurtz, and a 16-year-old known juvenile, received citations related to their alcohol consumption and possession.
