PSP: Lancaster County Amish Woman Used Weedwhacker to Fend Off Alleged Kidnapper

LANCASTER COUNTY, PA — A Central Pennsylvania Amish woman used a weedwhacker to fend off a man who allegedly tried to abduct her, according to state police.

The woman said she was outside the residence along Creek Road in Sadsbury Township on Oct. 14, when she turned around after feeling a tap on her shoulder and saw Junior Davila-Moran, 26, according to an affidavit of probable cause filed by the Pennsylvania State Police.
