BELLEVILLE, PA – Dr. D. Holmes Morton, who founded Strasburg’s Clinic for Special Children with his wife in 1989, is making progress on a similar clinic about two hours from Lancaster.
Central Pennsylvania Clinic, A Medical Home for Special Children and Adults, is now under construction in Belleville, Mifflin County.
The first phase has an estimated cost of $1.8 million. Morton said while fundraising continues, the goal is to have the building finished by the end of the year.
