TOWN OF MARCELLON, WI – An Amish horse and buggy created big problems for the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office this weekend.
Officials say the unoccupied vehicle was reported as a runaway just before noon on Saturday along Highway 22 in the Town of Marcellon. The owner said the horse had been tied to a post, but was able to free itself and ran off.
