Amish builders were hard at work on the roof of a new barn in chilly weather Monday afternoon on Marion Avenue Road North in Richland County. They won’t be leaving their jackets at home any day soon, based on forecasts from the National Weather Service. Tuesday will bring sunny skies to the county with a high near 38 degrees, Tuesday night will be party cloudy with a low of about 32. Wednesday is projected to be breezy with a slight chance of rain and snow.
