CEDAR RAPIDS, IA — No matter their background, Iowans are strong.
In a Facebook post published by Teresa Simmons Dummons, some Amish residents from Southern Iowa traveled to Cedar Rapids on Saturday to help locals with clean-up.
According to the post, they went house-to-house down the street. They also wouldn’t take any money for their work.
