Lancaster, Pennsylvania – A Lancaster County man has been charged with exposing himself to Amish women and girls.
Benjamin R. Grafius, 39, of New Holland, admitted he targeted Amish and Mennonites for three months last summer. He told investigators the women and children were “easy targets” who wouldn’t call police, according to the district attorney’s office.
