LANCASTER, Pa. — A Nottingham man will serve at least one month in prison for causing one of the most “bizarre” DUI crashes officials say they have ever seen.
Thomas Candler Felts was convicted of giving Amish teens beer and yelling “Rumspringa” at them before crashing into their buggy with his car at a Turkey Hill store on Route 272 in August.
