Summit Township, Pennsylvania – State police have charged an 18-year-old Pennsylvania man with using a BB gun to shoot a horse that was pulling a buggy, an Amish couple and their 1-year-old infant.
Caleb Gotjen was charged over the weekend with reckless endangerment, harassment and disorderly conduct. The incident occurred on Oct. 4 in Summit Township, in the northwest corner of Pennsylvania, near the state’s border with Ohio.
