New study finds motor vehicle drivers are to blame for most horse and buggy crashes

LANCASTER COUNTY, PA — As the Amish population in central Pennsylvania continues to grow, so do the number of horse and buggy crashes.

A new study found that in most horse and buggy crashes throughout the country and in Canada, the motor vehicle driver is at fault.
