Jezebel

There is a popular belief and picture of what a Jezebel spirit looks like. Many envision a bold, un-submissive, angry woman, with seductive eyes and with her face painted to the nines.

We are taught to believe that a woman who finds it difficult to trust her husband has this spirit. Let me share with you what a Jezebel spirit is really like.

The reason that the Word mentions her face being painted is because she is covering her true self. A person with a Jezebel spirit will never show their real face in public - at least very seldom, and only if they momentarily let their guard down. You see, Jezebel is a spirit that causes its host to fear who they really are because they have not been needed and loved as they deserved, and they have been told many lies about themselves.

The only people who see behind the sweet, charming, charismatic facade of a person hosting this spirit are those who know them very well, such as their families or coworkers. We can’t truly assume that we really know a person if we haven’t seen them behind closed doors. Trust me, some dear souls are paying the price of who this person is behind those closed doors.

Often the person hosting this spirit will appear to be very sweet and charming to the public eye, but only those who know them well will ever see the cruel side. The hell and the turmoil these dear folks are going thro is unspeakable. Sometimes they are suffering physically, but did you know there are worse things than being beaten? Oh yes there are, my dear friend! Having your very psyche and your mind messed with, your very sense of reality taken from you until you feel you will go insane is one of them. Trying with every effort to fix your marriage, thinking that if you only explain your heart, you will be heard. Surely, you think, if they could understand, they would love me and trust my heart. Surely, I just simply didn’t explain it well enough.

I hate to break it to you, but they really don’t want to understand your heart. They can hear quite well - enough, in fact, to use all the words against you that you just finished desperately sharing with them in hopes that they would hear your heart - turning all of your hurts against you and making you the scapegoat so they can feel better.

A Jezebel spirit is a very selfish spirit. It is all about looking and being great. They really don’t care about you or what happens to you along the way but they will make you feel like they do. Many are those who lie wounded at the side of the road in the wake of their journey to success.

Since this is a spirit, it can be hosted by either males or females. Shocked, are ya? Kris Valloton actually says he has seen far more men than women with this spirit. A spirit can reside wherever there is an open door. Your greatest security against Jezebel is honesty and humility. If you are never completely forthright and you only share the good, and the amazing in your life, and leave your family feeling like their story wasn’t told, chances are, you may have this spirit active in you. If you find it difficult to say, “I was wrong,” and take responsibility for sin or wrongdoing, then you are at great risk.

This spirit always runs in trio with Ahab and Leviathan. They will even expose each other rather than being exposed themselves. Ahab is a spirit that tries to make everyone happy and often ends by enabling Jezebel. Leviathan is basically pride and division. If you get rid of pride, you don’t much need to worry about this one. It can’t operate without it.

A person with a Jezebel spirit will always be very busy “helping” other people. However, those poor people don’t realize they are being groomed to be emotional supply for the person who is hosting the evil spirit.

If you find yourself emotionally drained, constantly becoming sick, lying awake at night, unable to sleep because of all the thoughts going through your head about the devastation you see in your family, your worries and fears about what you have done wrong that this person simply can’t understand you, why they use you as they do, why you always feel extremely special to this person one day and manipulated and disrespected around them the next, then chances are you are a victim of this spirit.

I have extremely good news for you though! You do not need to remain under its influence! There IS a way out. Stop tolerating it! I know - it is never that simple. However, when you consider years of living in confusion, turmoil and craziness, feeling like you are literally losing your everlasting mind, you can definitely handle the anger and hatred that will be aimed at you as this spirit realizes it is losing control over you. In fact, if you doubted at all up until this point what you are really dealing with, there will be no question at this point. This is a very tough battle; refusing to be manipulated and controlled, refusing to allow your knowledge of the truth to be messed with, going with your gut instead of allowing yourself to be told what is the truth. However, once engaged, you will have so much clarity of thought, the truth will become clear and obvious, and once you have that back, you have won the biggest part of the battle.

The Word tells us that in the end days, people will be lovers of themselves rather than lovers of God. If you see anyone with an agenda, promoting a certain denomination above God, supporting abuse, promoting the suppression of women, you are looking right into the headlights of a Jezebel spirit.

If you see someone who is jumping from one ministry to the next, always busy trying to help people at the expense of their own families, using people along the way for their own benefit, attacking people who they perceive as a threat to their own success, then look out. That is where you will find this spirit.

We need an army of people with the spirit of Jehu! Jehu tells Jezebel’s eunuchs to throw her down! We will not tolerate this spirit! It is an anti-Christ spirit, and has it’s roots in false religion, free-masonry, and the Illuminati. Remember, we are not dealing with flesh and blood. We are dealing with the powers of darkness. We need to come into agreement with heaven and out of agreement with the spirit of this age.

I know this will look like mixed up religious drivel to many. Go ahead and laugh, and have a wonderful day! I’m glad I brought some humor to you!

Find a certified counselor or psychologist, and they will help you to walk through the deep pain of the past. It wasn’t your fault that you were abused. There is hope and there is help. There is no shame in that. We all need healing and hope and we all need accountability and help. You have what it takes.
