Volunteer Leadership
MAP is governed by an all-volunteer board of directors.
Each member has demonstrated a love for Jesus Christ and a passion to reach the world with the Good News.
One hundred percent of MAP’s board members give personally to MAP,
and none of them receive any compensation for their services.
Personal Sacrifice
The highest percentage of our staff at MAP are working on a volunteer basis.
The majority of the paid staff earn wages well below what they could earn in the private sector.
In addition, 100 percent of MAP staff make an annual financial contribution to the ministry—a powerful statement
of confidence and belief in how MAP invests its resources.
Practice What We Teach

- MAP has no debt of any kind.
- MAP builds an annual budget and monitors it carefully.
- MAP has emergency funds for savings, but uses the rest for ministry.
