Several particip The conference topics were The Relational Priorities of Jesus, A Mentoring Thank You, Mentoring Defined, The Constellation of Mentors, Five Holistic Mentoring Phases, and Guidelines for Mentoring Relationships. Follow-ups for those who are interested in mentoring were also made available. Rev. Calvin Brown is husband to Robin and dad to Calvin Jr. and Maxwell. Book Signing: Brenda and Naomi |
Naomi’s book, A Basketful of Broken Dishes is a true story about her parent’s experiences while they were Amish. Brenda’s book, The Birth to Five Book: Confident Childrearing Right from the Start, is a handbook for parents of small children. She is a contributing author in A Scrapbook of Christmas Firsts: Stories to Warm Your Heart and Tips to Simplify Your Holidays by Cathy Messecar, Trish Berg, Terra Hangen and Brenda Nixon. She has a story about her father in the book Chicken Soup for the Soul: Thanks Dad: 101 Stories of Gratitude, Love, and Good Times. Featured also were authors Cindy Thomson (Celtic Wisdom and The Spirit of Christmas), Robert Bruce Fruehling (The Revelation of King Arthur), Glenn T.
