A New Song

As an Amish teenager Dale Schmucker thought there was no more hope for him because his life was so messed up. He asked himself, "Is there any hope for me? Is it possible to change my life?" Dale's life was a life of despair. He believed in God, but he was not able to find freedom from sin. In his search for peace he became a member of the Amish religion but found his spiritual life going from bad to worse. He gave up on living a victorious life. Even though he felt there was no more hope for him, he continued to long for the day when perhaps he could be free from the sins that held him captive.
