Author Joe Keim begins this pamphlet with a reflection to his childhood in which he remembers how uncomfortable he felt even saying the word “sex” for fear that it was connected with the dark side and sin. The problem in Joe’s life laid in the fact that no one took the time to sit down and have a mature, heart-to-heart conversation explaining the topic of sex to him.

Today, unfortunately, like Joe, many young adults find out about sex through bits and pieces of information they gather from friends and peer groups. Many times, these pieces of information give an inaccurate representation of the topic instead of portraying it as the beautiful gift that it is from God.

In this booklet, Joe goes into detail explaining sex and sharing God’s guidelines for the sacred gift he has given us in sex. He also covers the controversial topic of same-sex marriages and shares God’s view and non-tolerance of it.

Joe uses scriptures to take the “Half-truth and half-lie” perspective about sex and homosexuality to give you the full truth from God’s perspective. This booklet was written with the intention to give an opportunity to give others a sort of  “heart-to-heart” conversation that Joe never received growing up.
