About The Author:

Kay Camenisch wrote the meditations for Uprooting Anger: Destroying the Monster Within as she was seeking God for answers for Christian couples she and her husband, Robert, were counseling. The parents were trying to control their anger, walk in righteousness, and raise godly children, but they were failing in their efforts. Anger was undermining their efforts to build godly families. Kay searched the Bible for answers that showed how to obey God's command to get rid of anger, not just manage it.

Kay has been in ministry with Robert for over thirty years. Together they have taken courses in ministry and counseling, and have co-labored in personal ministry as Robert pastored churches. They served as missionaries in Brazil and later worked in a Christian school where Robert was the principal. While working for the Institute in Basic Life Principles, Robert and Kay coordinated EQUIP, a program that trains young adults to work with troubled teens.
