County eyes increase in buggy license fees

The Amish and others who drive horse-drawn buggies on Allen County roads could soon be paying more for the privilege.

Hoping to recover some of the expense of maintaining and repairing roads damaged by the hooves and buggies, the County Commissioners on Friday are expected to consider increasing licensing fees for the first time in several years.
