Buggy crashes raise concern

New Wilmington, Pennylvania - After two crashes involving Amish buggies in the past three days, safety on the roads is a top priority in Western Pennsylvania's Amish country.

People living in those communities say too many times, drivers simply don't pay attention. Or they make risky moves and don't practice enough caution when passing buggies.
