Jefferson County Man Arrested for Sexually Abusing Children

Jefferson County, Illinois -- A Jefferson County man is facing sex abuse charges.

Rudy Byler, 38, of Belle Rive was arrested Wednesday on charges of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, aggravated criminal sexual assault of a victim under the age of 13, and aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a victim under the age of 9.
