Armed Robbers Strike in St. Lawrence County

LAWRENCE COUNTY, NY - A man wielding a pistol and a woman brandishing a knife forced an Amish man to open his safe late Saturday night.

The man pushed his pistol into the chest of the Amish man, and after they had what they wanted, forced him to his knees, according to a statement from the St. Lawrence County's Sheriff's office.

State police and sheriff's detectives are investigating a total of three robberies, which began a little after 7 PM. They're asking for the public's help in finding the robbers.
