Amish not to blame for all road accidents

Not all the accidents between cars and Amish buggies happen at night, and many of them could be avoided without any more legislation.

A perfect example is the recent accident when a car driven by Phillip Burnett hit a buggy with Joe and Levi Miller.

The accident happened during the day — so more reflective tape would not have helped.
