Letter: Horse manure making mess of roads

ASHLAND, OH - The roads in northern Ashland County are a real mess because they are littered with more and more horse feces!

The feces adhere all over the underside of one’s car and promote rust. When we drive, we are always trying to dodge fresh piles of horse manure to avoid tracking it into the garage and house. When we walk or bike, the stench and the flies are nauseating.
