Drug trafficking trial set for Blakesburg man accused of killing Amish boy

OTTUMWA, IA — A trial date has been set for a Heartland man facing drug trafficking charges.

Terry Petary will be in a Davis County courtroom on May 21, 2019 to face two counts of possession with intent to deliver.

The charges are Class B felonies and carry a possible sentence of 25 years in prison, but first, he will have to answer for the death of an Amish boy.
