Iowa woman captures video of Amish man skiing behind horse and buggy

Let's be brutally honest: This winter has been rough on the Midwest. And with more snow coming in the days ahead, there's no relief in sight.

While many have taken to social media to complain about the frigid weather, one Iowa woman captured video of someone making the most of the snowy conditions.

Jennifer Staggemeyer of Waukon, riding in the passenger seat Feb. 17 on the drive home from visiting the Twin Cities, managed to get her phone up just in time to record a short clip of an Amish Iowa man skiing alongside the road, pulled by a horse and buggy that seemingly had no driver.
