Amish business destroyed by fire

SUMMIT TOWNSHIP, PA - An Amish machine shop was destroyed by fire Monday night in Summit Township.

Meyersdale Fire Chief Tim Miller said he was able to see the flames from his house about 10 miles away when the fire started just before 11 p.m. at 905 Kinsinger Road.

“I could see the flames shooting in the air at that point,” he said.
