Trial set for Drakesville man accused of running down Amish boy

BLOOMFIELD, IA — A Drakesville man charged with killing an Amish boy will answer to a Davis County jury in June.

Terry Petary is facing six charges, including Vehicular Homicide in death of nine-year-old Merlin Beechy.

On Monday, a judge set his trial date for June 18.
