Amish wedding investigated

WARREN, OH — When it comes down to love or the law, it seems the law will prevail.

Inspectors from the Trumbull County Combined Health District reported more than 10 people attended a wedding reception Thursday afternoon in Mesopotamia. Authorities plan to issue citations to the people who planned the gathering, which was in violation of the state’s order that limits crowds of more than 10 during the COVID-19 pandemic.
